The Design Process

                                    How does this work? 

 The design process will include several meetings with client and designer, and begins with an initial consultation. The client will fill out a questionnaire. The questionnaire will tell me some things about you and your garden, and begin a dialog between us.

If agreed we will sign a contract.

Next I complete a site analysis. This is information vital to all design work, and includes measurements, grades, existing hard and softscapes and more.

A functional diagram is drawn up exclusively for you. From this diagram several optional  plans  are created on tissues.

At this juncture we will meet again to discuss all the temporary tissue designs and refinements will be made.

 Once a tissue is selected then a formal design is drawn up and can include elevations.Copies are made for you.

POTTING UP A PLANTER

This planter was designed with grasses and plants that would take full sun and low water useage.The client here enjoys purples and golds as a color combination.
